Todor Todorov is a criminal psychologist, manager of ASES Ltd.

Between 1999 and 2012 he worked in the Criminal Psychology Sector of the Institute of Psychology-MIA and from 2009 to 2012 he was the head of the sector. As a criminal psychologist, Todor Todorov has a wealth of practical experience in the field of psychological profiling of unknown perpetrators of serious criminal crimes, negotiations in hostage situations, crisis interventions, mastering of critical situations, etc.

In 2011 Todor Todorov creates ACES Ltd. – today one of the largest Bulgarian consultancy companies in the field of psychological services in support of business. ACES’s focus is on assessing, analyzing, developing and managing human potential in the corporate and sports context, as well as in the context of corporate security.
