My main interest has always been creativity! As a psychologist I was quite interested in the neurotic personality and the role of creativity and empathy in the therapeutic process. Later as I moved to advertising, I was fascinated by the power of the creative process as a solution to complex communication challenges.
My many years of experience as a manager in a creative industry company, have thought me that diversity is great, empathy is key and optimism is nice to have.
At the moment as the co-founder of a new innovation agency, my main goal is to spread the spark of creativity and innovation. I believe that we are all inheritently creative, but school and society suppress us. My mission is to help as many people as possible regain their confidence on their path to self-realization.
We work with start-ups, small and big companies as well as students, NGO’s and public administration, using mainly the design thinking process, to facilitate innovation.
I believe in life-long learning, disruption and change as key drivers of the transformation of our society!
