Jovana Andjelic comes from Belgrade, Serbia. By education she is an economist, holding MBA. Her passion is to create new things. After her experience as HR consultant and Comp&Ben manager, in 2011 she joined Sitel as HR Manager, supporting the establishment and growth of the Site in Belgrade. Sitel was the first global BPO player to enter the local market. After 3.5 years and over 500 employees Jovana has taken the role of Talent Acquisition Manager for Eastern Europe and in November 2018 she moved the role of HR Business Partner for Bulgaria, Poland and Serbia. Her job is to support HR teams in all matters related to people and to enhance collaboration with the business. In parallel to her passion, she enjoys seeing people growing their personal and professional experience, and feels proud to be part of that journey.
