Jelena Sivcev comes from Belgrade, Serbia. By education she is psychologist and psychotherapist and her passion is working with people. After her experience in psychotherapy, teaching, recruitment and organizational and leadership development, in 2012 she joined Sitel as Learning Specialist, supporting the growth of the newly established Site in Belgrade. After a year she stepped into the role of Learning Manager to ensure all learning processes are smoothly running in order to support the local operations. In 2014 she took over the role of the Regional Leadership Development Manager coordinating the learning stream in Germany and Eastern Europe, and now fully focusing on Bulgaria, Poland and Serbia. Her vision is to create a learning organization in which people feel at home while growing their careers.
