Design Thinking is becoming more and more active in the strategic management of companies. This short 2-hour workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of Thinking Design as an approach to creating extra value in human resource management. The focus of this training is on the basic principles and key tools needed to implement Human-centered design in HR. We’ll look at Stakeholder Mapping, Personas, and Employee Journey Mapping (Employee’s Insights). There will also be a brief practical part in which we will test the tools and become designers. The goal is to support you in your striving to create a meaningful and meaningful experience for your company employees.
